Managing Partner

Mike Hoyt is the managing partner at Lutgert Construction LLC. Mike started with The Lutgert Companies in April of 1995 and has since overseen the development of many residential high-rise condominiums, as well as several mixed-use commercial developments, including Promenade at Bonita Bay and Mercato in Naples.
Prior to joining The Lutgert Companies, Mike worked as a project manager for Brasfield & Gorrie LLC, on projects ranging from office and retail banking, aerospace/industrial, commercial/government and health care. He also worked for Metric Construction on the East-West Expressway in Orlando. Mike is a 1989 graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in building construction and a 2007 graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Master of Business Administration in finance.

StePHen Parker
Senior Project Manager

Stephen Parker is a senior project manager at LutgertConstruction LLC. He started with the company inMarch 2016 and has since overseen the constructionof custom and “spec” homes in the Estuary at GreyOaks and several commercial tenant improvements inthe Northern Trust bank building.
Steve, better known as Parker, is the project manager of Lutgert Construction’s newest development, Surfsedge in Vero Beach, Florida consisting of 12 luxury beachfront condominium units and 12 upscale beachside homes.
Prior to joining Lutgert Construction LLC, Parker worked as a project manager for Pub Group Investments LLC. building restaurants in Orlando, Florida; Cleveland, Ohio; Nashville, Tennessee; and Atlanta, Georgia
Stephen started a commercial building company based in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1993. The company specializes in building restaurants, hotels, and retail centers and at one time he held building licenses in 17 states. Stephen relocated to Hilton Head Island in 2000 and between 2000 and 2010 he built 22 multimillion-dollar golf and beachfront homes.
Parker has an undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.

Michelle McLeod
Director, Business Development

Michelle McLeod is the director of business development at Lutgert Construction LLC. As a native of this area, Michelle brings to Lutgert Construction her business and community connections along with her local government knowledge and experience.
Michelle previously served on the Naples City Council where she gained an understanding of things such as land development codes, zoning, permitting, building requirements, etc.
She has always been actively involved in the community throughout the decades. Michelle currently serves as a board member for the Women’s Foundation of Collier County, Collier Coalition for Healthy Minds, Park Shore Association, Venetian Yacht Club, and the Collier County Community Land Trust.
Michelle has an undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, and a graduate degree with a concentration in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Collier, class of 2014 and Leadership Florida.
