With over three decades of construction experience, John brings discipline and hands-on craftsmanship to every project. A native of Upper Michigan, John served four years in the U.S. Navy stationed in Pearl Harbor before relocating to Florida. After nine years running his own construction business, he joined Lutgert. John oversees all phases of construction on custom homes and commercial projects.

• Leading pre-construction and subcontractor meetings through project closeout

• Overseeing material ordering, shop drawing reviews, and custom owner changes
• Managing punch-out process for subcontractors, owners, and architects
